I will also send you upcoming properties ("to be listed soon") so you can get a jump start on the competition. MY COMPANY:I work for a fantastic, fast-growing real estate company, Modern Real Estate, that gives its agents (currently over 95 agents) flexibility and freedom to work from home offices. Because I'm not tied to high overhead costs, I can be more cost efficient. I then pass that savings on to you through cash back rebates on any $150k property or greater. For properties with commission paid on the amount between $150k and $200k, I rebate you a flat $500. On properties where commission is paid over $200k, then you will receive 1% of the purchase price on the amount over $100k. For example, on a $300k home, you would receive $2,000 back at closing. I will also list your home for a substantial savings over most other agents, while still providing you full service and an internet presence second to none. MY BACKGROUND: I have a very diverse background and different areas of expertise. I graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1995 and then served 6 years on active duty in the U.S. Army as a Transportation Officer. During this time I also received a Master of Aeronautical Science and Management Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I then went back and received an MBA from Embry-Riddle in 2001 and worked in corporate finance for IBM in Bouder, Colorado. I was a Senior Financial Analyst for many years but have always been interested in the research and analysis of real estate. I finally decided to take my leadership, business and financial skills over to the real estate industry working as a real estate agent. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY JOB!
