  MODERN REAL ESTATE History

MODERN REAL ESTATE was established in 2007 by co-owners Ryan Jonke and Paul Kenner. After working for several real estate agencies and paying thousands of dollars in commission splits, office fees, franchise fees and receiving little in return Ryan and Paul made the decision to open their own real estate agency.  Modern Real Estate emerged- an agency developed by hard working agents- for hard working agents!   

THE MODERN REAL ESTATE GOAL - To continuously develop and grow our Broker Associates and our company utilizing the latest tools, technology, training and support- while always keeping costs and fees low for our agents!  

Although we discount our fees for our agents, we are not a discount brokerage. We consistently continue to build our company from within and we continue to invest in the latest tools and technology to ensure our agents are always ahead of the game!

The Traditional Real Estate Office

The traditional real estate office usually offers high-commission splits (10-50%), huge franchise fees, and large monthly office fees! Often the promise of "lead generation" and "floor time" are offered as a way to get agents to join a team. Some agencies still require meeting a monthly or yearly quota for reduced commission splits.  If you are going to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars a month in fees and continue to do all the leg work, ask yourself-       

 * What are you getting back from the company?

 * What are they willing to guarantee and when?

 * How much will you have to spend or give up in commissions?

What Can Modern Real Estate Do For You?

100% Commission

MODERN REAL ESTATE offers three different plans based on level of experience and agent needs:

1. Experienced Agent Plan- (100% commission, $250 per transaction & $30/mo)

2. Inexperienced Agent Plan - for those who have only completed one or two transactions in Colorado (80/20% commission split & $30/mo -for the first two transactions - then $250 per transaction). For your first two transactions you will be provided with a mentor to assist in reviewing contracts and  attend closings if needed.

3.  New Agent Plan- for agents fresh out of school (75/25% commission split & $30/mo -for the first three transactions. Once you have completed 3 transactions -in Colorado- you will move to our Experienced Agent Plan. During your first three transactions you will be monitored by an experienced, mentoring, Modern Real Estate Broker, who will be available for all questions, one- on-one training sessions, review of real estate contracts, and supervise closing.

Additional mentoring and training is always available to any of our agents.

Home Buyers Marketing Inc.

MODERN REAL ESTATE has partnered with Pinnacle Mortgage Group to bring to MODERN REALESTATE a co-branded   marketing structure unlike any other! Home Buyers Marketing Inc. provides your clients a Home Buyers Scouting Report that will give them daily updates on properties for sale, sold, price changes, pictures, maps, satellite views, school info, restaurants, etc. All of these services are free to our agents making your job easier.  Convert contacts into clients!

Centralized Showing Service

MODERN REAL ESTATE has negotiated a lower rate for our agents with Ccentralized Showing Service. In effort to help our agents provide the finest quality in showing set-up, feedback, and interaction on the market. For a minimal fee, this professional showing service will ensure your clients are informed promptly of any showings. Clients can view any and all feedback on their property and they can personally modify when their home can be shown.

Free Showing Service

Should you decide not to use Centralized Showing Service- Modern Real Estate offers a complimentary showing service through our answering service! This service does not currently offer the perks offered by Centralized Showing Service such as agent comments and feedback, but it is an available alternative for our agents at no additional cost.  

24 Hour Broker Assistance

MODERN REAL ESTATE provides a completely virtual office! Everything you could possibly need to be successful is available 24/7 through our website. Should you choose, we also offer a professional office setting in the Metro Denver Area with all of the tools and facilities necessary to conduct general day to day business, meetings, trainings and closings.

Answering Service 

MODERN REAL ESTATE has a 24/7, professional answering service to field all your incoming phone calls. Once received, your calls will be connected directly to a phone number of your choice, whether it is your mobile phone or home office.

Through Land Titles Access Online, you will also be able to view property reports, find information on farming or marketing areas, request documents online and much more!
