Kristy Headrick is a native of Colorado. She has lived in the Arvada/Wheat Ridge area her entire life and is very knowledgeable about the Denver Metro area and surrounding cities. Kristy graduated from Arvada West High School in 1992 and holds an A.A.S. degree from Denver Academy of Court Reporting. She also has studied various computer courses from Colorado University, Denver, Colorado. Kristy completed her Real Estate Education and was trained in Law & Practice, Contracts & Regulations, Colorado Real Estate Closings, Record Keeping & Trust Accounts, Current Legal Issues and Practical Applications. In addition to her college education, Kristy has participated in many various training seminars and conferences throughout her career, which contribute to her motivated, positive, friendly and professional attitude. Kristy spent 8 years working for a major brewery, where she specialized in Customer Service Communications, Office and Budget Management, Transportation and Logistics. She served on the Executive Mentoring Program, and was recognized for her achievements for her outstanding performance and her ability to provide customers with the greatest of service. Kristy also received above target performance ratings as a professional in the corporate environment. Kristy enjoys spending time with family, boating, fishing and travelling. An important aspect of her life is family – her husband (an entrepreneur and business owner), her 2-year old daughter Haylee, and her 3 Boston Terriers. Kristy is continuing to progress her passion for Real Estate and her enthusiasm for getting a job well done. She is excited about assisting new clients and to proceed and grow within her Real Estate career, while utilizing her strengths in providing the customer service skills in which she specializes.
