Mentoring Program
As a new agent you will enter the real estate market with a full understanding of all processes, contracts and steps involved as well as make contacts and build relationship with industry professionals!
New Real Estate Agents will also be assigned a Mentor. The Modern Real Estate Mentors are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable agents within our company. As a new agent, your Mentor will assist you in completing the New Agent Training Program, answer any questions you have and guide you through your first few real estate transactions. New Agents will never feel alone and left in the dark regarding real estate dealings and will always have the level of guidance they require!
General Monthly Trainings
Working with our contacts within the community, Modern Real Estate presents to both our new agents and experienced agents the opportunity to be a part of several types of real estate related trainings. Professionals from various backgrounds and sectors of the real estate industry offer courses available to all of our agents providing not only the valuable course session but also a great opportunity to network.
